Evolve is a counselling and therapy centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire. It was founded in 2015 by two psychotherapists who wanted a safe, calm, welcoming environment for themselves and their clients..
Therapy can help you to develop ways of coping better and overcoming issues you may feel are holding you back, helping you find and develop your personal strengths and identify what is meaningful to you.
Evolve offers a wide range of therapies, including Counselling, Psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, EMDR (trauma therapy), play therapy and Hypnotherapy, Clinical Psychology as well as Shiatsu massage for the body psychotherapy. Every Evolve counsellor and therapist holds a high level of qualification in their field and is part of our network of supportive, experienced professionals.

We welcome clients from all backgrounds and have over thirty qualified counsellors and therapists to choose from. We all work in different ways but share a common goal – to offer professional, ethical and affordable private mental health support.
The Counselling and Therapy Centre has nine comfortably furnished, private therapy rooms. In addition to rooms for one-to-one therapy, there is space for couple work and a family therapy room. There is also a dedicated playroom for play therapy and art therapy.
Each room is sound proofed for privacy and safety, and features natural light and nature-inspired décor to create a sense of calm. Our clients and therapists love that Evolve feels welcoming and professional but never clinical. Explore our room pages to find out more.
